Bus or train travel from Sunnyvale CA to Fresno CA??
PLEASE HELP ME is important that i get there by tomorrow, am in sunnnyvale Ca and want to go to Fresno Ca by car is like 2:30 but i don't have a car so please help... what bus can i take?? or a train would work as well too, if you knwo a way of how i can get there tell me... Greyhound is better choice for you, but you need to catch Caltrain to San Jose, and free DASH shuttle in downtown San Jose( Santa Clara St/ San Pedro) to catch it.

Train travel? do you know any websites where i can buy a ticket from san diego ca to fresno ca?
i am not searching for air lines.. just train travels.. b/c it is cheaper.. a one day trip kind of thing thank you all!

Amtrak is the only option, other than bus. Flying in this case would be cheaper as train travel in the U.S tends to be expensive.

Amtrak is the only one I believe. This link will take you directly to the schedule page. I believe it is an 8 hour trip and goes thru LA and costs $36. http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Amtrak/Page/Schedules_Index_Page&c=Page&cid=1080072922206&ssid=3 If you keep an eye on the soutwest specials you can get a really cheap ticket. We flew from Tucson Arizona to San Diego for $25 plus taxes. Right now they have one way specials for $49.

What time it takes to travel from Sanjose to Fresno ? Also from Sanjose to Fullerton?

It takes about 2 hours and 48 minutes to get from San Jose to Fresno. Then it takes about 3 hours and 53 minutes to get from Fresno to Fullerton.
Answer 2 :
San Jose to Fresno Depends on where in SJ you start and where in Fresno you are going. South on Hwy 101 to Hwy 152 East to Hwy 99 South to Fresno. It is a little over 150 miles and should take about 2 ½ hours. Give yourself another 45 minutes if you are leaving SJ during commute hours. Fresno to Fullerton South on 99 will merge with Hwy 5 South continue to CA91 East to Fullerton. This 245 miles should take about 3 ½ to 4 hours. Of course if you hit traffic in the LA basin all bets are off.
